Junior Buyer

Reporting to the Director of Purchasing, the incumbent will support procurement operations by ensuring the processing and follow‑up of purchase orders, compliance with purchasing terms and conditions, and the receipt of goods. The individual will collaborate with internal and external teams, work closely with accounting, and contribute to supplier and inventory management.
Without limitation, responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth flow of procurement operations by placing orders and performing rigorous follow‑ups
  • Analyzing daily purchase orders and validating purchasing conditions in accordance with negotiated agreements
  • Ensuring the receipt of parts in accordance with established timelines
  • Collaborating with the accounting department in invoice processing and resolving pricing discrepancies
  • Optimizing the inter‑warehouse transfer process
  • Confirming receipt of merchandise in the systems (Reg, TZ, Shipper)
  • Interacting with multidisciplinary teams, both internally and externally
  • Maintaining the supplier database and participating in the annual inventory count

Qualifications:

  • D.E.C. or AEC in supply chain management, inventory, purchasing, or any other relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written (essential)*
  • Experience with an integrated management system and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer focus, sense of urgency, and results‑driven approach
  • Structured and detail‑oriented work style, ensuring effective multitasking and organization
  • Sportsmanship and constructive communication skills
