Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, surrounded by dynamic people who are passionate about their field, you will work in an environment that promotes skills development. Among other things, your responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the annual budget process;
- Participate in the analysis of the monthly results of the various offices and divisions;
- Prepare various performance indicator monitoring reports (KPI);
- Prepare various financial information presentation reports addressed to senior management;
- Prepare government reports and statistics;
- Prepare various financial information reports, addressed to various stakeholders;
- Participate in the process of continuous improvement of internal reporting, as well as the improvement of the performance of operations;
- Work on various special projects, investment, financing or resource optimization projects;
- Respond to requests from internal and external customers.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance option;
- CPA title or in the process of obtaining;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar job;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Good ability to work in a team;
- Good ability to manage several projects simultaneously, and to establish priorities in order to meet deadlines;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and fluency in spoken and written English (essential);
- Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level, mastery of basic functions as well as v-search formulas, pivot table);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SL (an asset);
- Good communication skills and strong ability to work in a team;
- Experience in a construction company (an asset).

As a Marketing Advisor in our growing team, you have the opportunity to juggle several diverse projects. Whether analysis SEO to writing, from marketing strategy to content creation, in short, you will have plenty of motivating challenges to take up! Among other things, your tasks will consist of:
- Advise and support the marketing team and managers in the use of digital tools;
- Support the sales and marketing teams with the creation of digital and printed content (writing publications, news, infographics, visual elements, virtual events, etc.);
- Analyze, evaluate and optimize the reach of the actions and the presence of the divisions on the Web and social media, in particular by producing reports on attendance, performance and optimization of the various platforms;
- In collaboration with the marketing team, ensure an active presence of the various brands on social media, maintain dialogue with the communities and meet the needs of the people who visit them;
- Provide strategic intelligence for all of the group’s divisions;
- Adapt and prioritize the content of publications on different platforms in collaboration with division managers;
- Perform any related work requested by his immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or DEC in marketing, communication, journalism or relevant field;
- Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written;
- Excellent knowledge of the main social media platforms and management and analysis tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Rankmath);
- Basic knowledge of common graphics applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and WordPress CMS; Experience with CRMs and automation of marketing campaigns (HubSpot) an asset;
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python (an asset); Basic knowledge of audiovisual (video editing, Premiere, After Effects) an asset.
